In 1969 Roberto and Maria started Jimenez Mexican Foods with the belief that ingredients should never be compromised. That’s what makes the best tasting products possible!
In 2020, the company purchased its current site, expanding from an 11,000 sq. ft. operation to a new, state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. facility, and enabling them to increase production, warehousing and shipping capabilities. Even though the company has seen record growth and change over the years, one thing remains the same… Their dedication to excellence with every product produced!
In 2015 the company production grew from 100 lbs. a day to 5,800 lbs. a day. As of 2023 the company produces over 24,000 lbs. a day and the demand continuously increases.
Our facility adheres to the highest levels of quality control in the industry. This has allowed us to receive the prestigious SQF status letting our customers know their reputation is safe with us.
