Mexican Crema is similar to American sour cream but it has a thicker consistency and rich flavor! It’s noted as the finishing touch to many Mexican dishes!

If you have yet to try our Crema then you’re in for a pleasant surprise! It’s the perfect compliment to your menu and dresses up some of your favorite foods! Jimenez offers three traditional flavors to choose from, Crema Mexicana, Crema Centro Americana and Crema Mexicana Sin Sal.

INGREDIENTS: Grade A Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Cream, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Nonfat Milk Solids, Gelatin, Sodium Phosphate, Guar Gum, Calcium Sulfate, Carrageenan, Potassium Sorbate, Locust Bean Gum and Annatto.
